Rita was formally trained in interior design from Tarumanagara University in Jakarta, Indonesia, and lighting design from Hochschule Wismar in Wismar, Germany. She see herself as an individual with a great personality and a team player with a strong communication skill.  Combining her educational and professional background, together with her attendance to a numerous international lighting workshop and conference allow her to build an extensive understanding of lighting projects.
